Marcela Ochman is a photo-based artist who was born in the Czech Republic and currently lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Marcela focuses on historical architecture, still life and nature photography. She presents most of her work as projects, using traditional and alternative processes.

Marcela Ochman graduated from the Photographic Arts and Production College Diploma Program at SPAO: Photographic Art Centre in Ottawa, Ontario. She is a member of Altern Studio, a group of visual artists working with lens-based processes.

Marcela’s work has been exhibited in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Ottawa and in her homeland of the Czech Republic.
